6.6/10

I have mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. On the one hand, the location is fantastic, with easy access to the slopes and the village. The rooms, however, were not up to par as they were reached by a confusing route and went uncleaned for three days.

Rooms
6.0
Despite the convoluted route to our room and the lack of cleaning service for three days, the room itself was very comfortable.
Service
7.0
The staff, although appearing short of members, were very polite and helpful. However, the late-night loud music from outside speakers was quite bothersome.
Location
8.0
The location is perfect, just meters away from gondola one and offers a relaxing and comfortable side-trip with great places to hang out or grab a drink.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience was limited as we didn't eat dinner there. However, the crinkle-cut fries were a highlight.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were adequate, but some services like dry cleaning or grocery shopping assistance were missing.

7.6/10

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room, although a bit cramped with two beds instead of one, was comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal, right in the heart of Vail Village. The dining experience was a bit lacking, but the facilities were satisfactory.

Rooms
7.0
The room, while cozy, was retrofitted with two full-sized beds instead of one, making it a bit tight. However, the room was still comfortable and well-maintained.
Service
9.0
The staff was always courteous, helpful, and professional, going the extra mile to assist with any needs we had during our stay.
Location
10.0
The location was excellent, allowing easy access to Vail Village for dining, shopping, and skiing activities. It was a perfect spot for exploring all that Vail has to offer.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience fell short with limited breakfast options, and the prices were a bit steep for the offerings available.
Facilities
7.0
Despite some shortcomings in the dining, the facilities provided were satisfactory and met our basic needs during our stay.

7.0/10

My stay at the hotel was a nice experience overall. The location was terrific, the staff were very good and helpful, but the rooms were a bit noisy being near the parking lot and lacked hot water after a long day of skiing. The price seemed a bit high for the small room size we had.

Rooms
6.0
The room was on the parking lot side, so it was a bit noisy at night. We also ran out of hot water after a day of skiing, which was disappointing. The room size was very small given the high price of $480 per night.
Service
7.0
The staff were very good and helpful, providing ideas for local activities and dining options during our stay. However, at times, they seemed to be standing around doing not much.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was excellent for its proximity to the lift and being close to various activities. I only had to leave the resort a couple of times, which was convenient. However, our room entrance was through the side, not the best approach.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was overall very good, although a bit pricey at $36 for what we had. They were undergoing a remodel prior to the ski season, but the offerings were limited. The sweet biscuits were a highlight.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel facilities were decent, offering dry cleaning, laundry, and valet parking services. They also had shuttle service available, but I expected a bit more for the price we paid.
